Amund Brede Svendsen is engaged in advisory services, contract negotiations and dispute resolution, primarily within IP. He has extensive litigation experience, especially within patents. He is admitted to the Supreme Court.

Appointments

Norwegian Bar Association’s permanent committee for IP and unfair competition law 2001-09. Judicial mediator (for IP disputes) for the Borgarting Court of Appeal and 11 related district courts.
