Tora specialises in intellectual property, privacy and technology law. She has several years of experience in drafting and negotiating inter alia IT contracts, data processing agreements, consortium agreements and distribution agreements. Tora also assists client with performing privacy assessments. In addition to advising, Tora has experience with litigating cases related to marketing and unfair competition, as well as cases regarding ownership, validity and infringement of intellectual property rights.
