Lars Erik Steinkjer is an experienced IP-litigator and has been involved in a number of the major patent and trade secrets disputes in Norway over the last 15 years, including litigations within life science, oil & gas and aquaculture. He is also assisting clients in all forms of IP-matters, in particular in relation to transfer and licensing agreements.
Lars Erik has a PhD in patent law from the University of Bergen.
